but if company refuse to give visit visa also.than what we can do further for obtaining visit visa for wife.

i have my brother in india , if its possible can i get him by visit visa and later i can transfer to permanent visa , please any one can help me sir and what is the procedure sir , please help me its possible .

Yes you can bring them but if your company says no, you can on a (visit visa) and then change it to some where if you can arrange work visa's for them or else they can come on visit visa's.
