Sir, I am working with one private company in Bahrain. I am now 12 years with this company. I have given so many times my resignation. I have given my 1st resignation on 02.03.12 then after that 12th dec 2012, lastly given on 27th march 2013- all resignation sent to the company's official email id. Always company says they will take an action but so far nothing happened. Now I have sent resignation letter by registered post last week so far it is not yet delivered to the company. And also I have discussed strongly to my company last week, owner said they are investigating about my work I have done, then they will advise me. could you please clarify the following my question?.
a) can they make any forged report and take a legal action against on me.
b)I heard about lmra mobility- mobility will allow without current employer consent after one month of registered post resignation- I wants to know lmra will count this thirty days from date of registered post or the registered letter received date?. or I can apply for the mobility now?.
c)Current employer has to do anything for this mobility or directly Lmra can do visa transfer.
d)Lmra will do the visa transfer same time or it will take time.
e) Can current employer can take any action after visa changing.
